Vous apportez votre support aux revendeurs et aux partenaires assurant la vente de nos produits. Le candidat que nous recherchons est diplômé d’une formation ciblée, parle couramment le français, a une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais ou du néerlandais et dispose d’une large expérience de la vente en France. Vous êtes en mesure de comprendre la technologie de nos produits et d’en expliquer les avantage à des clients et partenaires potentiels. Vous êtes capable de travailler de façon autonome, de piloter une équipe et de suivre l’évolution et l’exécution de projets. The position requires an induction period of three months in Amsterdam, after which time activities will shift to France. <p>Application/System Engineer</p>
<p>As an application engineer at Textkernel, you will be responsible for doing implementations of our software in client projects, and for keeping our expanding software hosting platform at top performance. We are looking for highly efficient practically oriented engineers who enjoy optimizing processes and building technology to automate them&#8230;</p>
<p>We are looking for talented, smart, and hard working engineers with an eye for quality and for efficiency. You will work closely with the development team and interface with the commercial and operations team to make sure that all deployed systems are of the highest quality. At Textkernel, you will enjoy working in a team of experts where your vision has a large impact on the products. The role is diverse and challenging, as it involves both solving difficult engineering tasks and interaction with clients in practical projects.</p>
<p>We expect excellent programming skills in both scripting and object oriented languages, familiarity with developing and system engineering under Linux and Windows, and a self-motivated, ambitious and creative personality. You should have no problem to take responsibility in a fast paced multi-tasking environment. You need to be a good team worker and an easy communicator both in writing and speaking in English.</p>

<p>Software Engineers Java / Web Applications</p>
<p>At Textkernel, we are engineering intelligent software solutions towards modern enterprise software standards, mostly in a web application setting. We expect excellent programming skills in Java and other object oriented languages, familiarity with developing under Linux and Windows, and a self-motivated, ambitious and creative personality.</p>
<p>Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Interest in natural language processing, machine learning, information extraction, web mining, pattern recognition, information theory, algorithms, data structures is a plus. Focused on delivering high quality enterprise level software.</p>
<p>Knowledge of: &#8211; Linux, Windows; &#8211; Java, SQL, XML, Tomcat, HTML, Javascript; &#8211; Full software life-cycle &#8211; Good software design and engineering practices &#8211; Experience with recruitment, HRMS, or applicant tracking systems is a plus; &#8211; Delivering on time and within budget</p>

<p>De functie<br />
Je bent een gedreven frontender die gaat voor kwaliteit. Je hebt gevoel voor grafisch ontwerp en interaction design en bent vloeiend in HTML, CSS en Javascript. Je weet documentstructuur, layout en interactie perfect te scheiden. Je bent goed op de hoogte van de nieuwste webtechnieken.<br />
Je vindt het een uitdaging om oplossingen te bieden die maximale functionaliteit bieden maar tegelijkertijd gebruiksvriendelijk en toegankelijk zijn. Je functioneert op het grensvlak tussen Commercie en ICT. </p>
<p>Je realiseert templates voor het CMS op basis van Photoshop ontwerpen en user interfaces (schermen, templates, interactie-elementen, tellerstructuren) op basis van functionele en grafische ontwerpen. Daarnaast ben jij specialist voor  flexibele en beheersbare weboplossingen, zoals het bewaken van de scheiding tussen opmaak (CSS), inhoud (HTML), gedrag (Javascript) en programmeerstandaarden. Je bent proactief in het (laten) verbeteren van websiteonderdelen op toegankelijkheid, gebruiksvriendelijkheid en visuele aspecten (herontwerp en front end development). Uiteraard ben jij iemand die zijn kennis van de laatste ontwikkelingen op gebied van internettechnologie graag deelt met het team, je geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies vanuit jouw specialisme. </p>
<p>Het profiel<br />
Als Webspecialist beschik je over </p>
<p>•	Afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding (bijvoorbeeld HKU in een relevante richting) of aantoonbaar gelijkwaardige werkervaring, uiteraard ben jij een expert met Photoshop, Macro Media Flash, Actionscript, (X)HTML, XML, Javascript (jQuery), CSS en Java (harde eis),<br />
•	Gedegen aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met online media,<br />
•	Ervaring met toegankelijkheidsrichtlijnen (zoals W3C, WCAG),<br />
•	Ervaring met koppelingen tussen applicaties en databases is een harde eis,<br />
•	Kennis van en ervaring met crossbrowser compatibility. </p>
<p>Als collega beschik je over ‘can do&#8217; en pragmatische werkstijl. </p>

Het betreft de interactie van netwerken, middelware, voice, storage, beveiliging en de diverse hostingplatforms, waarmee stabiele oplossingen ontworpen worden in samenwerking met de externe leveranciers. Je zorgt voor uitvoering van dit beleid door te participeren in het managementteam van de sector en door vanuit je integrale managementverantwoordelijkheid het eigen team en de externe leveranciers de juiste acties te laten uitvoeren op basis van duidelijke ‘Statements of Work’. Deze acties dragen bij aan infra-ontwerpen en aan correcte verdiensting en aan acceptatie en overdracht naar de sector Exploitatie.</p>
<p>-	afgeronde WO opleiding (bij voorkeur in een exacte richting)<br />
-	specifieke vakkennis van projectmanagement, netwerken, hosting, directory services, storage, beveiliging, verzekeringen.<br />
-	minimaal 7 jaar ervaring met Infra Ontwerp.<br />
-	minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met teammanagement en projectleiding.<br />
-	minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met financieel management.<br />
-	ervaring met het opstellen van SOW&#8217;s, verdiensting infra diensten, sourcing, begeleiding leveranciers.<br />
-	Prince 2 gecertificeerd.</p>

-	minimaal 10 jaar ervaring met infra beheer en ontwerp in vergelijkbare organisaties.<br />
-	minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met het managen van een allround team.<br />
-	minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met financieel management.<br />
-	ervaring met het opstellen SOW&#8217;s, verdiensting infra diensten, DC inrichting, DC Migraties, vertalen van non functional requirements naar hosting oplossingen, productie acceptatie, application development, testing, sourcing en begeleiding van leveranciers. </p>

<p>	Know your market. You will get to know your vertical market by working closely with your clients, understanding their needs and the needs of the industry, producing a Sales Plan which will help in achieving sales directly or together! /in supporting partners</p>
<p>	New account development: Maximise your market area by identifying and developing relationships with Business Partners through a pro-active development of the top 100 customers in the region.</p>
<p>	Present an Oracle Solution: You will be given full product training which will help you with identifying prospective customers understanding their needs and translating their requirements into relevant Oracle solutions.</p>
<p>	Maximise Sales Opportunities by offering support, understanding and working closely with Business Partners during the sales process you will be able to close the highest deal values possible.</p>
<p>	Lead Successful Marketing Campaigns by working closely with your internal marketing specialist you will be Planning and implementing your own Direct Sales Campaigns, generating leads through product specific marketing actions aimed at a specific target audience.</p>
<p>	Over Achieve on targets by understanding your clients needs and working inside their business; producing a pipeline and forecast, enabling you to know where you are to target, and helping you maximise your income.</p>
<p>	Manage Business Partners by taking a ‘partner’ approach in all aspects of your work. Maintaining and developing exceptionally good relationships with Business Partners. Managing Partners expectations and always trying to exceed them.</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p>
<p>	We ask:<br />
	Ideally 2-3 years of experience in IT sales or in partner sales or 5-6 years in sales not related to IT.<br />
	Good track record in a sales driven organisation, ideally selling IT/Technology related products/services<br />
	HBO/Dynamic Training Experience<br />
