Textkernel recherche un ambitieux responsable commercial capable de développer et de renforcer l’offre de produits RH de Textkernel sur le marché français. La fonction prévoit une période de familiarisation de trois mois à Amsterdam. L’activité sera ensuite transférée en France et pourra aboutir à la création et à la gestion d’une agence commerciale en France.

Role Overview: You will be responsible for your own Territory, a virtual team, developing relationships with Business partners and driving the sales process through. You will receive the best sales & product training in the market to enable you to identify prospects and translate needs to ORACLE solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Know your market. You will get to know your vertical market by working closely with your clients, understanding their needs and the needs of the industry, producing a Sales Plan which will help in achieving sales directly or together! /in supporting partners

New account development: Maximise your market area by identifying and developing relationships with Business Partners through a pro-active development of the top 100 customers in the region.

Present an Oracle Solution: You will be given full product training which will help you with identifying prospective customers understanding their needs and translating their requirements into relevant Oracle solutions.

Maximise Sales Opportunities by offering support, understanding and working closely with Business Partners during the sales process you will be able to close the highest deal values possible.

Lead Successful Marketing Campaigns by working closely with your internal marketing specialist you will be Planning and implementing your own Direct Sales Campaigns, generating leads through product specific marketing actions aimed at a specific target audience.

Over Achieve on targets by understanding your clients needs and working inside their business; producing a pipeline and forecast, enabling you to know where you are to target, and helping you maximise your income.

Manage Business Partners by taking a ‘partner’ approach in all aspects of your work. Maintaining and developing exceptionally good relationships with Business Partners. Managing Partners expectations and always trying to exceed them.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We ask:
Ideally 2-3 years of experience in IT sales or in partner sales or 5-6 years in sales not related to IT.
Good track record in a sales driven organisation, ideally selling IT/Technology related products/services
HBO/Dynamic Training Experience
Excellent Communication skills
Knowledge of Oracle products will be useful though not essential
